Ingredients: 2 oz (60 ml) Speyside Scotch Macallan 12 (Double Cask); 4 oz (120 ml) Apple cider; 0.25 oz (5 ml) Maple syrup; 0.25 oz (5 ml) Lemon juice; 1 dash Allspice dram St Elizabeth

Made with Speyside single malt and liqueur, served in a collins glass.

Ingredients for one drink
	60 ml / 2 oz	Speyside Scotch, Macallan 12 (Double Cask)
	120 ml / 4 oz	Apple cider
	5 ml / 0.25 oz	Maple syrup
	5 ml / 0.25 oz	Lemon juice
	1 dash	Allspice dram, St Elizabeth

Method

Add all ingredients into an ice-filled shaker.
Shake well.
Strain over ice into a collins glass.
Garnish with a crab apple.
