Ingredients: 1.25 oz (35 ml) Gin North Shore #6; 0.75 oz (20 ml) Orange liqueur Grand Marnier; 0.67 oz (20 ml) Lemon juice; 0.33 oz (10 ml) simple syrup; 0.75 oz (20 ml) peach puree; 1.5 oz (45 ml) Ale Medium bodied

Made with ale, gin and liqueur, served in a collins glass.

	35 ml / 1.25 oz	Gin, North Shore #6
	20 ml / 0.75 oz	Orange liqueur, Grand Marnier
	20 ml / 0.67 oz	Lemon juice
	10 ml / 0.33 oz	simple syrup
	20 ml / 0.75 oz	peach puree
	45 ml / 1.5 oz	Ale, Medium bodied

Method

Combine gin, orange liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup, and peach puree in a shaker with ice.
Shake well and double strain into a Collins glass.
Float ale on top.
