Americano Perfecto

Made with pilsner, Campari and vermouth, served in a collins glass.

45 ml / 1.5 ozCampari
20 ml / 0.75 ozSweet vermouth, Carpano Antica Formula
20 ml / 0.75 ozSweet vermouth, Dolin
120 ml / 4 ozpilsner
1 wedgeOrange (wheel), as garnish)

Method

  1. Build over rocks in a Collins glass.
  2. Add Campari and both sweet vermouths.
  3. Top with pilsner.
  4. Garnish with an orange wedge.

About the Americano Perfecto

A highball cocktail with a bitter-sweet character from Campari and vermouth, finished with a crisp pilsner. Orange garnish adds citrus aroma.
