Carpenter's Hand

Made with Armagnac, sherry and Drambuie, served in a rocks glass.

60 ml / 2 ozArmagnac
15 ml / 0.5 ozAmontillado sherry
15 ml / 0.5 ozDrambuie
1Orange peel, as garnish

Method

  1. Add one large ice rock to an old fashioned glass.
  2. Pour in the Armagnac, Amontillado sherry, and Drambuie.
  3. Twist an orange peel over the drink and drop it in.
