Death Flip

Made with tequila, liqueur and Jägermeister.

30 ml / 1 ozblanco tequila
15 ml / 0.5 ozHerbal liqueur, Yellow Chartreuse
15 ml / 0.5 ozJagermeister
1 dashsimple syrup
1Whole egg
1 pinchnutmeg (grated), as garnish)

Method

  1. Add ingredients to a shaker.
  2. Shake vigorously.
  3. Strain into a glass.
  4. Garnish with grated nutmeg.

About the Death Flip

The Death Flip is a sour cocktail with tequila as its base. The ingredients give it a herbal sweetness with a creamy texture from the egg white.

Created in 2010 by Chris Hysted-Adams at the Black Pearl in Fitzroy, Victoria.
