Indian Fizz

served in a highball glass.

60 ml / 2 ozHomemade Indian mix
45 ml / 1 1/2 ozSoda water
45 ml / 1 1/2 ozTonic water
1 gGround cinnamon
180 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add 45 ml of soda water and 60 ml of homemade Indian mix.
  3. Top with tonic water and stir gently.
  4. Garnish with ground cinnamon.
