5 ml / 1/4 ozCaramel syrup
15 ml / 1/2 ozSugar syrup
10 ml / 1/4 ozLime juice
50 ml / 1 3/4 ozOrange juice
75 ml / 2 1/2 ozSoda water
115 gPassion fruit
350 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill sling glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add passion fruit flesh to the shaker.
  3. Pour in lime juice, orange juice, caramel syrup, and sugar syrup.
  4. Fill shaker with ice and shake.
  5. Strain into sling glass.
  6. Top with soda water and stir gently.
  7. Garnish with passion fruit quarter.
