Made with Tennessee whiskey, mezcal and liqueur.

30 ml / 1 ozTennessee whiskey, George Dickel
30 ml / 1 ozMezcal, Del Maguey Vida
15 ml / 0.5 ozLicor 43
5 ml / 0.25 ozAmaro, Tattersall
5 ml / 0.25 ozHoney syrup, 1:1
1 dashThyme tincture, as garnish
1 sprigRosemary, as garnish

Method

  1. Stir all ingredients except garnishes.
  2. Strain over a large rock ice cube.
  3. Spritz with thyme tincture.
  4. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
