Made with vodka, lager and Aperol.

60 ml / 2 ozVodka
20 ml / 0.75 ozAperol
20 ml / 0.75 ozsimple syrup
15 ml / 0.5 ozLemon juice

Method

  1. Muddle mint and grapes in a glass.
  2. Add vodka, Aperol, syrup, and lemon juice, then stir with ice.
  3. Strain into a fresh glass, top with lager, and garnish with mint and grape.
