Ingredients: 2 oz (60 ml) rose wine; 1.5 oz (45 ml) Aperol; 0.5 oz (15 ml) Elderflower liqueur St. Germain; 0.25 oz (5 ml) Raspberry liqueur Combier; 1 oz (30 ml) Soda water

Made with rosé, Aperol and liqueur, served in a wine glass.

Ingredients for one drink
	60 ml / 2 oz	rose wine
	45 ml / 1.5 oz	Aperol
	15 ml / 0.5 oz	Elderflower liqueur, St. Germain
	5 ml / 0.25 oz	Raspberry liqueur, Combier
	30 ml / 1 oz	Soda water

Method

Fill a wine glass with ice.
Pour in 2 oz rose wine, 1.5 oz Aperol, 0.5 oz Elderflower liqueur, and 0.25 oz Raspberry liqueur.
Top with 1 oz soda water.
Garnish with a grapefruit slice and strawberry slices.
