Roasted Bloody Mary

Made with vodka, served in a coupe glass.

45 ml / 1 1/2 ozVodka
15 ml / 1/2 ozLime juice
120 ml / 4 ozTomato juice
2 gGround coffee
5 gRosemary
15 ml / 1/2 ozTomato mix
2 gSalt
6 gOlives
1Ice cube
300 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Rub the rim of a coupe glass with ground coffee and salt.
  2. Add one ice cube to the glass.
  3. Shake lime juice, tomato mix, tomato juice, and vodka with 300g of ice cubes.
  4. Strain the mixture into the coupe glass.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and olives.
