Pelinkovac is a bitter liqueur popular in former Yugoslav countries. It is made from wormwood and other aromatic herbs, with an alcohol content of 28-35%.

How it is made

Pelinkovac is a herbal liqueur infused with wormwood, which gives it its name, along with other aromatic herbs. The result is a very bitter taste similar to Jägermeister.

How it is served

It is typically served chilled neat as an aperitif. It can also be used in cocktails, though there are no specific cocktails featuring Pelinkovac on this site.
