Name: A Beer and A Smoke
Yield: 1 drink
Ingredients: 1.5 oz (45 ml) Mezcal Sombra; 0.75 oz (20 ml) Lime juice; 1 pinch Salt; 4 dashes Hot sauce Cholula; 1 pinch Celery salt to rim glass; 1 pinch Black pepper to rim glass; 1 Lime zest as garnish; 1 Orange peel as garnish; 12 oz (355 ml) Lager (Corona Pacifico, etc.)

Made with lager and mezcal.

Ingredients for one drink
	45 ml / 1.5 oz	Mezcal, Sombra
	20 ml / 0.75 oz	Lime juice
	1 pinch	Salt
	4 dashes	Hot sauce, Cholula
	1 pinch	Celery salt, to rim glass
	1 pinch	Black pepper, to rim glass
	1	Lime zest, as garnish
	1	Orange peel, as garnish
	355 ml / 12 oz	Lager (Corona, Pacifico, etc.)

Method

Rim a pilsner glass with celery salt and pepper.
Add Sombra mezcal, lime juice, and spices to the glass.
Top with lager and garnish with grated lime and orange zest.
