Made with lager, rum and Campari.

30 ml / 1 ozDemerara rum, El Dorado 5
30 ml / 1 ozCampari
15 ml / 0.5 ozLime juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozBrown sugar coffee syrup
120 ml / 4 ozMarzen beer, Sam Adams Oktoberfest or Yuengling Oktoberfest
1apple slice, as garnish

Method

  1. Shake rum, Campari, lime juice, and coffee syrup with ice.
  2. Strain into a stemmed glass and stir in Marzen beer.
  3. Garnish with a green apple fan.
