Made with American whiskey, sherry and Angostura bitters, served in a rocks glass.

30 ml / 1 ozAmerican whiskey
30 ml / 1 ozPedro Ximenez sherry
2 mlAngostura bitters
30 ml / 1 ozCherry juice
5 gCinnamon sticks
1Orange zest
120 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Pour 30 ml cherry juice, 30 ml Pedro Ximenez sherry, and 30 ml American whiskey into a rocks glass.
  2. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir gently with a cocktail spoon.
  4. Garnish with orange zest and a cinnamon stick.
