Kentucky Cooler

Made with American whiskey and liqueur, served in a highball glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozAmerican whiskey
25 ml / 3/4 ozApricot liqueur
10 ml / 1/4 ozLime juice
100 ml / 3 1/2 ozGinger beer
20 gLime
15 gCinnamon sticks
200 gCrushed ice

Method

  1. Rinse cinnamon sticks with hot water and place in highball glass.
  2. Fill glass with crushed ice.
  3. Add lime juice, apricot liqueur, and whiskey.
  4. Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
  5. Garnish with lime wedges.
