Method

  1. Add quail egg white, lemon juice, honey-ginger syrup, and American whiskey to a shaker.
  2. Fill with ice cubes and shake thoroughly.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Express lemon zest over the cocktail, rub the rim, and drop it in.
