Cranberry Beret

Name: Cranberry Beret
Yield: 1 drink
Ingredients: 1 wedge Orange; 12 cranberry; 1.5 oz (45 ml) Apple brandy Lairds; 0.5 oz (15 ml) Ciociaro; 0.5 oz (15 ml) Aperol; 2 dashes cranberry bitters; 2 oz (60 ml) Hard apple cider to top); 1 Orange peel as garnish; 3 cranberry as garnish

Made with cider, applejack and liqueur, served in a collins glass.

Ingredients for one drink
	1 wedge	Orange
	12	cranberry
	45 ml / 1.5 oz	Apple brandy, Lairds
	15 ml / 0.5 oz	Ciociaro
	15 ml / 0.5 oz	Aperol
	2 dashes	cranberry bitters
	60 ml / 2 oz	Hard apple cider, to top)
	1	Orange peel, as garnish
	3	cranberry, as garnish

Method

Muddle orange wedge and cranberries.
Add apple brandy, Ciociaro, Aperol, and cranberry bitters.
Shake and double-strain into ice-filled Collins glass.
Top with hard apple cider.
Garnish with orange peel and cranberries.

About the Cranberry Beret
