Kite Tail

Made with bourbon whiskey and cider, served in a coupe.

1Lemon
30 ml / 1 ozBourbon
20 ml / 0.75 ozrhubarb syrup
30 ml / 1 ozHard cider, dry

Method

  1. Muddle mint leaves and lemon in a shaker.
  2. Add bourbon and rhubarb syrup.
  3. Shake the mixture well.
  4. Strain into a coupe glass.
  5. Top with hard cider.
  6. Garnish with a mint leaf.
