Made with bourbon whiskey, aromatised wine and liqueur, served in a cocktail glass.

60 ml / 2 ozBourbon
30 ml / 1 ozAromatised wine, Lillet Blanc
20 ml / 0.75 ozCreme de Banane
2 dashesPeychaud's bitters
1Lemon peel, as garnish

Method

  1. Add bourbon, Lillet Blanc, banana liqueur, and Peychaud's bitters to a shaker.
  2. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with a lemon peel.
