McKittrick Old Fashioned

Made with bourbon whiskey, sherry and bitters, served in a rocks glass.

60 ml / 2 ozBourbon
15 ml / 0.5 ozpedro ximenez sherry
2 dashesBitters, Bittermens Xocolatl Mole
1Brandied cherry, as garnish

Method

  1. Combine Bourbon, Pedro Ximenez sherry, and bitters in a rocks glass.
  2. Add big ice and stir until well chilled.
  3. Drop the brandied cherry on top as garnish.
