Made with bourbon whiskey and Campari, served in a rocks glass.

30 ml / 1 ozBourbon
30 ml / 1 ozCampari
20 ml / 0.75 ozGrapefruit juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozHoney syrup, 2:1
20 ml / 0.75 ozLemon juice
2 pinchesBlack pepper
2 sprigsBasil

Method

  1. Add bourbon, Campari, citrus juices, honey syrup, black pepper, and basil to mixing tin.
  2. Shake and strain into ice-filled rocks glass.
  3. Garnish with remaining basil sprig.
