Perfect Nikka

Made with bourbon whiskey, chocolate liqueur and Lillet, served in a sake set.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozBourbon
5 ml / 1/4 ozCrème de cacao
5 ml / 1/4 ozLillet Blanc
5 ml / 1/4 ozEspresso coffee
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Pour espresso coffee and brown cacao liqueur into a siphon.
  2. Add Lillet Blanc and bourbon.
  3. Fill the top of the siphon with ice cubes.
  4. Ignite the burner.
  5. Serve with sake cups.
