Made with mezcal, sherry and liqueur.

30 ml / 1 ozMezcal
20 ml / 0.75 ozAmontillado sherry
20 ml / 0.75 ozCoffee liqueur, Galliano Ristretto
15 ml / 0.5 ozBourbon, Elijah Craig
15 ml / 0.5 ozWhiskey, Laphroaig
1Lemon peel

Method

  1. Stir all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a glass with large ice.
  3. Garnish with lemon peel.
