White Negroni Piña Colada

Made with mezcal, bitters and liqueur, served in a rocks glass.

30 ml / 1 ozMezcal, Mal Bien (Espadin)
15 ml / 0.5 ozSuze
15 ml / 0.5 ozCoconut liqueur, Clement Mahina Coco
15 ml / 0.5 ozLemon juice
20 ml / 0.75 ozPineapple juice
5 ml / 0.25 ozsimple syrup, 1:1
4 dashesBitters, Angostura (as garnish)
1pineapple, frond as garnish

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
  3. Garnish with Angostura bitters and a pineapple frond.
