Made with mezcal, Fernet-Branca and Falernum, served in a cocktail glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozMezcal
10 ml / 1/4 ozFernet-Branca
5 ml / 1/4 ozFalernum
5 ml / 1/4 ozMaple syrup
300 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Pour maple syrup and Falernum into a mixing glass.
  2. Add Fernet-Branca and mezcal.
  3. Fill with ice cubes and stir.
  4. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Decorate with a craft paper clip.
