Kansas City Shuffle

Made with bitters, liqueur and mezcal, served in a cocktail glass.

20 ml / 0.75 ozBitters, Angostura
20 ml / 0.75 ozGinger liqueur, Canton
20 ml / 0.75 ozMezcal, joven
20 ml / 0.75 ozPineapple juice
1Lemon peel

Method

  1. Add all ingredients except lemon peel to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well, then strain into a cocktail glass.
  3. Twist lemon peel over the drink and discard.
