Made with tequila, liqueur and triple sec, served in a highball glass.

60 ml / 2 ozTequila
30 ml / 1 ozLime juice
20 ml / 0.75 ozElderflower liqueur, St. Germain
20 ml / 0.75 ozTriple sec, Cointreau
15 ml / 0.5 ozGrapefruit juice
3 dashesBitters, Angostura
60 ml / 2 ozClub soda
1Grapefruit peel, as garnish

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients except club soda and strain into a tall glass over ice.
  2. Top with club soda and garnish with a grapefruit peel.
