Method
- Place a cocktail spoon in a tea glass and fill with crushed ice.
- Combine lemon juice, orange juice, egg white, vanilla syrup, bitters, picon, tea-infused pisco, and tequila in a shaker.
- Dry shake, add ice cube, shake again, then strain into a teapot.
- Pour into tea glass and garnish with mint, cinnamon sticks, and orange zest.
