Texas Star Margarita

Made with tequila and liqueur.

45 ml / 1.5 ozTequila, Lunazul Reposado
30 ml / 1 ozGrapefruit juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozLime juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozHibiscus syrup, recipe below
15 ml / 0.5 ozElderflower liqueur, St. Germain

Method

  1. Build ingredients in a mixing glass.
  2. Shake briefly.
  3. Pour over fresh ice to serve.
  4. Garnish with lime wedge.
