Tequila Sage Smash

Made with tequila, served in a collins glass.

0.5Lemon, cut into wedges
6sage
60 ml / 2 ozAñejo tequila
20 ml / 0.75 ozHoney syrup

Method

  1. Muddle lemon wedges in shaker.
  2. Add sage and gently muddle.
  3. Add tequila and honey syrup, shake.
  4. Strain into ice-filled collins glass.
  5. Garnish with sage bouquet.
