Patron's Martini

Made with tequila and sherry, served in a cocktail glass.

60 ml / 2 ozHomemade pepper tequila
10 ml / 1/4 ozCream sherry
5 gVegetable chips
300 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Pour 10 ml cream sherry into a mixing glass.
  2. Add 60 ml homemade pepper tequila.
  3. Fill with ice cubes and stir gently.
  4. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with vegetable chips.
