Postcard From Italy

Made with tequila, amaro and sherry, served in a coupe glass.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozGold tequila
30 ml / 1 ozAmaro
1 mlAmontillado sherry
1 mlOrange bitters
15 ml / 1/2 ozAgave syrup
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
15 ml / 1/2 ozQuail egg white
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Add quail egg white, lemon juice, agave syrup, amaro, and gold tequila to a shaker.
  2. Add orange bitters, fill with ice, and shake well.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. Finish with a spray of Amontillado sherry.
