Rosebud

Made with tequila, vermouth and Campari, served in a cocktail glass.

1 dashrose water
45 ml / 1.5 ozblanco tequila
15 ml / 0.5 ozSweet vermouth, Carpano Antica Formula
1 partOrange peel (with pith), 1.5 inches long by .5 inch wide)
1 dashCampari

Method

  1. Rinse cocktail glass with rosewater.
  2. Stir tequila and Carpano Antica Formula.
  3. Strain into glass.
  4. Garnish with flamed orange peel.
  5. Add a few drops of Campari to the surface.

About the Rosebud

A complex short drink combining tequila, vermouth and Campari with rosewater for a floral twist. The orange peel adds citrus aroma.
