Luchador

Made with tequila, Bénédictine and vermouth, served in a rocks glass.

30 ml / 1 ozreposado tequila
15 ml / 0.5 ozBenedictine
15 ml / 0.5 ozSweet vermouth
1 dashPeychaud's bitters
1 rinseCoffee liqueur, Galliano Ristretto
1Orange peel, as garnish

Method

  1. Rinse a rocks glass with Galliano Ristretto.
  2. Stir ingredients with ice.
  3. Strain into the rinsed rocks glass.
  4. Twist orange peel over the drink.
