Katie’s Flower Shop

Made with tequila, liqueur and pastis, served in a cocktail glass.

45 ml / 1 1/2 ozGold tequila
20 ml / 3/4 ozElderflower liqueur
3 mlPernod
3 mlAngostura bitters
2 mlLavender bitters
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
1 mlOrange blossom water
15 ml / 1/2 ozQuail egg white
1Orchid
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Rim the cocktail glass with pastis.
  2. Combine lemon juice, egg white, and orange blossom water in a shaker.
  3. Add lavender bitters, elderflower liqueur, and gold tequila, shake without ice.
  4. Add ice cubes, shake again.
  5. Strain into a chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with Angostura bitters and an orchid.
