Killer Cocktail

Made with amaretto, gin and Campari.

45 ml / 1.5 ozAmaretto
30 ml / 1 ozGin
30 ml / 1 ozLemon juice
10 ml / 0.33 ozCampari
10 ml / 0.33 ozPassion fruit syrup
3 dropscranberry bitters (or grenadine), as garnish)
1Lemon peel, as garnish

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well and strain into a glass with fresh ice.
  3. Garnish with lemon peel and a few drops of cranberry bitters or grenadine.

About the Killer Cocktail

A sour-style cocktail with a sweet, bitter, and fruity character. Amaretto and gin form the base with citrus and herbal notes from Campari.
