Starrett Cocktail

Made with cognac, rum and jenever, served in a rocks glass.

30 ml / 1 ozCognac
15 ml / 0.5 ozDemerara rum, El Dorado 15
15 ml / 0.5 ozGenever
15 ml / 0.5 ozCynar
15 ml / 0.5 ozAmaretto
3 dashesBitters, Bogart's Bitters (or chocolate bitters)
2 dashesBitters, Angostura
1Lemon peel

Method

  1. Stir all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube.
  3. Garnish with expressed lemon peel.
