Upgraded Grasshopper

Made with cognac, rum and liqueur, served in a highball glass.

35 ml / 1.25 ozcream (mint infused), see note)
30 ml / 1 ozCognac
30 ml / 1 ozAñejo rum
15 ml / 0.5 ozCreme de Cacao
2 dashesBitters, mint bitters
2 dasheschocolate bitters, or mole bitters
2 sprigsMint, as garnish

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients hard until frothy.
  2. Pour into an ice-filled highball glass.
  3. Garnish with mint sprig.
