Brandy En Coke

Made with cognac, served in a highball glass.

100 ml / 3 1/2 ozCognac
1200 ml / 40 1/2 ozCola
50 ml / 1 3/4 ozMilk
1Kelp

Method

  1. Pour 1200 ml of cola into a mixing glass.
  2. Add 100 ml cognac and 50 ml milk.
  3. Stir with a cocktail spoon.
  4. Let stand at room temperature until milk curdles.
  5. Filter through cheesecloth into a centrifuge.
  6. Serve in a highball glass with kelp.
