Made with cognac, Bénédictine and Cynar, served in a champagne coupe.

30 ml / 1 ozCognac
30 ml / 1 ozBénédictine
30 ml / 1 ozCynar
10 ml / 1/4 ozFernet-Branca
30 gOrange
300 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Pour Fernet-Branca and Cynar into a mixing glass.
  2. Add Bénédictine and Cognac.
  3. Fill with ice cubes and stir gently.
  4. Strain into a champagne coupe.
  5. Garnish with a dried orange wheel.
