Made with bourbon whiskey, cognac and Dubonnet, served in a bottle.

30 ml / 1 ozBourbon whiskey
30 ml / 1 ozCognac
5 ml / 1/4 ozCrème de cacao
30 ml / 1 ozDubonnet
20 ml / 3/4 ozBénédictine
3 mlAngostura bitters
1Lemon zest
1Ice sphere
300 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Pour 5 ml chocolate liqueur, 20 ml Bénédictine, and 30 ml Dubonnet into a mixing glass.
  2. Add 3 dashes of Angostura bitters, 30 ml cognac, and 30 ml bourbon whiskey.
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir with a bar spoon.
  4. Strain the mixture into a bottle.
  5. Add an ice sphere and a piece of lemon zest.
  6. Serve on a tray.
