Lost Virginity

Made with bourbon whiskey, gin and sherry, served in a rocks glass.

15 ml / 1/2 ozLondon dry gin
30 ml / 1 ozHomemade tobacco bourbon
10 ml / 1/4 ozAmaro
15 ml / 1/2 ozPedro Ximenez sherry
2 mlWhiskey bitters
2 mlAngostura bitters
200 gIce cubes
1Ice sphere

Method

  1. Fill a rocks glass with a large ice sphere.
  2. Add the amaro, Pedro Ximenez sherry, and whiskey bitters to a shaker.
  3. Pour in the London dry gin and homemade tobacco bourbon.
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake well.
  5. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
