Mr. Priseman's

Made with bourbon whiskey, sherry and amaro, served in a highball glass.

35 ml / 1 1/4 ozButter-infused bourbon
10 ml / 1/4 ozAmaro
20 ml / 3/4 ozOloroso sherry
15 ml / 1/2 ozSugar syrup
5 ml / 1/4 ozLemon juice
30 gPeach purée
10 gCinnamon sticks
8 gDried apricot
1Lime zest
200 gCrushed ice

Method

  1. Add peach purée to a highball glass.
  2. Pour in lemon juice, sugar syrup, Oloroso sherry, amaro, and butter-infused bourbon.
  3. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
  4. Stir thoroughly with a swizzle stick.
  5. Add more crushed ice to fill.
  6. Garnish with dried apricot on a skewer and a cinnamon stick.
