Blackberry Buck

Made with bourbon whiskey, served in a highball glass.

2blackberry
60 ml / 2 ozBourbon
20 ml / 0.75 ozLemon juice
5 ml / 0.25 ozGinger syrup
5 ml / 0.25 ozBalsamic vinegar
60 ml / 2 ozGinger beer, to top
1 pinchblack pepper (2 cracks, as garnish)

Method

  1. Muddle blackberries in shaker.
  2. Add bourbon, lemon juice, ginger syrup and balsamic vinegar.
  3. Shake and double strain into ice-filled highball.
  4. Top with ginger beer and garnish with black pepper.
