Cooper Brothers Cocktail

Made with bourbon whiskey and liqueur, served in a cocktail glass.

45 ml / 1.5 ozBourbon
15 ml / 0.5 ozElderflower liqueur, St. Germain
5 ml / 0.25 ozGinger liqueur, Domaine de Canton
1Orange peel, expressed and discarded
1Orange peel, as garnish

Method

  1. Stir all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled glass.
  3. Express orange peel and discard.
  4. Garnish with fresh orange peel.
