Made with bourbon whiskey and Fernet-Branca, served in a rocks glass.

30 ml / 1 ozBourbon, Elijah Craig
30 ml / 1 ozFernet-Branca
20 ml / 0.75 ozsimple syrup
20 ml / 0.75 ozLemon juice
1 sprigMint, as garnish

Method

  1. Combine bourbon, Fernet-Branca, simple syrup, and lemon juice without ice.
  2. Pour the mixture over crushed ice in a rocks glass.
  3. Garnish with a mint sprig.
