Spaghetti Western, Bon Vivants

Made with bourbon whiskey, beer and Campari.

45 ml / 1.5 ozBourbon
15 ml / 0.5 ozCampari
30 ml / 1 ozLemon juice
15 ml / 0.5 ozrich simple syrup 2:1
4Sweet 100 cherry tomatoes
1 pinchSalt
45 ml / 1.5 ozBeer, Tecate

Method

  1. Muddle tomatoes, then add all ingredients except beer.
  2. Shake well and strain into a footed pilsner glass.
  3. Add beer and fresh ice to fill. Garnish with lemon peel or tomato flag.
