Falling Sun Manhattan

Made with bourbon whiskey, crème de cassis and liqueur.

60 ml / 2 ozBourbon, Buffalo Trace
5 ml / 0.25 ozCassis
5 ml / 0.25 ozNocino
5 ml / 0.25 ozSweet vermouth, Vya
1 dashBitters, Bittercube Bolivar
1 dashOrange bitters, Regans' orange bitters
1Orange peel, as garnish

Method

  1. Stir all ingredients except garnish with ice.
  2. Strain into a glass with one large ice rock.
  3. Express orange peel oils and insert as garnish.
