Haystack

Made with bourbon whiskey, bitters and fruit brandy, served in a cocktail glass.

30 ml / 1 ozBourbon, Woodford Reserve
30 ml / 1 ozSuze
15 ml / 0.5 ozDry apricot brandy, De Kuyper
15 ml / 0.5 ozLemon juice

Method

  1. Add bourbon, suze, apricot brandy, and lemon juice to a shaker.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with a dried apricot.
